The Lurie Nanofabrication Facility (LNF) is housed within the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Building (EECS), which is located on the North Campus of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Our address is 1301 Beal Avenue, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48109.
